In case you missed it at the end of the year, CyberSource posted their 2009 Fraud Survey. It’s always an interesting read with over 300 merchants reporting this year and big increases in international transactions. Merchants selling digital goods can disregard several of the points aimed at manual screening for physical goods, but it’s always good to benchmark and be aware of trends around online fraud.
